Asycube’s are great part feeders but the trays can get dirty with regular use. If you’re using the backlight of the Asycube, this can lead to problems with the vision system detecting the parts. Order these replacement trays to make sure your asycube is always operating at peak performance.

Our tray is an exact replica of the Asyril 240. It is dimensionally accurate, made of the same POM-C Acetal material, and emits the same light output.

Compared to the Asyril 240 tray, our tray has:

  • The same light emission

  • The same material (POM-C Acetal)

  • The same smooth finish

Notes

  • The mounting hardware is not included. You will need to transfer hardware over from your current Asyril 240 tray which is as simple as removing a few screws.
